We pause to remember

While Remembrance Day is a time we pause to remember those men and women who have fallen, it is also a time to give thanks to these people who enabled parts of the world to have freedom, democracy and hope.
I have family members who have been in active service, reserve service and know others who have followed their calling to protect and give voices to the oppressed and forgotten. For these men and women I say thank you.
Thank you for all that you do, for all that you inspire and for all of the hope you pass on to us.
